The NextGen Patient Portal received an update on September 12, 2018.  This update will improve the sign-on process, simplify credential resets and enhance security. As a result, you may be asked to set up a new user name or password, select security questions and answers and validate an account email. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience as we work to improve your Patient Portal experience.

With the Grene Vision Group Patient Portal, you can connect with your doctor about your eye care through a convenient, safe and secure environment.

The Patient Portal is a secure, confidential, and easy-to-use website that gives patients and their families 24-hour access to their eye care medical records. It uses the latest encrypton technology to deliver secure communcation between Grene Vision Group and our patients. By providing your email address and signing on to the Grene Vision Group Patient Portal, you will be able to:

  • Correspond online with your doctor and Grene Vision Group
  • Schedule appointments and receive appointment reminders
  • Access important health information from your medical record
  • View your medication list and request prescription refills
  • Pay your bill online

Receive notices to your personal email account when there is important information awaiting you in your Grene Vision Group Patient Portal account. If you choose to use the Patient Portal, your name and email address will be treated with the same care and privacy given to your medical records.
