P. Joe Jittawait, OD was born in Thailand and his family immigrated to Wichita when he was six months old. He graduated from Wichita Northwest High School in 1993 and received his undergraduate degree from Wichita State University in 1996. In 2000, he graduated from Northeastern State University College of Optometry. Shortly thereafter, he joined Grene Vision Group.
Dr. Jittawait has four children. His family is actively involved in their church, the Wheatland Mission. When Dr. Jittawait is out of the office, he enjoys reading and a variety of sports including tennis and soccer.
Dr. Jittawait thoroughly enjoys practicing optometry as part of Grene Vision Group. "Our model, Total Eye Care for the Entire Famiy, enables us to care for people of all ages from children to great-grandparents." One of Dr. Jittawait's favorite aspects of what he does is "discussing and designing customized visual solutions that meet the specific needs of each individual patient."
