Your satisfaction and comfort matter to us. If for any reason you need to request a refund for products or services, we’ve outlined the full process below so you know exactly what to expect. Our team is here to help every step of the way.

Non-Prescription Eyewear (excluding Contact Lenses)

Non-prescription eyewear may be cancelled or returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the eyewear must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging. Eyecare Partners does not honor competitor price matching. The cost of the exam and services is non-refundable. Restrictions apply.

Prescription Eyewear (excluding Contact Lenses)

Prescription eyewear is eligible for a refund or restyle, if not completely satisfied, within 30 days after the dispense, minus a restocking fee of $40. Applicable fees may apply based on the materials purchased. If a cancellation request is made within 2 hours and has not begun processing, a full refund may be issued. If the order exceeds 2 hours of submission and/or has begun processing, it is subject to a restocking fee of $40, which is the patient’s responsibility. To be eligible for a return or restyle, eyewear must be in its original condition. Eyecare Partners does not honor competitor price matching. The cost of the exam and services is non-refundable. Over the Counter (OTC) Products

OTC purchases may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unopened, unmarked, and unused. Restrictions apply.
